One day I was driving home from work, and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the light was, and how warm and muggy and fantastic this town seemed. The trees here are beautiful. They big branches spread up and out like old wrinkled fingers, and they are literally covered with Spanish moss… which… looks like tufts of curly Grey hair that someone has picked up off the floor. So, I grabbed my camera and I started snapping pictures of everything that was around me. The project grew into a mission to try to capture the warm orange light that happens here, the weird beauty of Spanish Moss, and the strange places I happen upon in this hot and humid capital city.
